Shipping Timescales
Your order will be shipped First Class to the UK or by International Standard mail to the rest of the world. Standard delivery times are 1-3 working days to the UK, 1-2 weeks within Europe and 3-4 weeks everywhere else.
If you have not received your order within 28 working days please send me an email or get in touch via the Contact page.
Shipping Notifications
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been received and a separate email to notify you that your order has shipped.
Items will be shipped within 3 working days.
Tracking
Standard mail does not include a tracking service. Your package is insured up to a value of £20. Please send me an email to report any lost or damaged packages.
If you require a tracked service please get in touch before placing your order.
International Orders
Wildfire Supply is based in the UK, import tax and duty may apply to some international orders. The customer is responsible for the payment of these charges.
